The tourism industry consists of 5 main sectors: accommodation, foodservice, leisure and entertainment, passenger transportation and travel services. It includes over 400 different professions.

Tourism offers a professional environment that’s human and open to the world. It’s the ideal sector to integrate, learn and develop on a daily basis as part of a passionate and supportive team.

The pilot project is designed to support you, prepare you for employment and facilitate your integration into a tourism business in Quebec.

Admissibility criteria

  • Be a recognized asylum seeker
  • Hold a valid work permit issued by the Government of Canada
  • Willingness to work
  • Be interested in a career in tourism
